Terms of Service
Last updated: April 16, 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Feedbackola, you agree to these terms. If you're using Feedbackola on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
The service
Feedbackola provides a platform for business owners to collect private feedback from customers via QR codes, manage that feedback, and respond to customers. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@feedbackola.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Feedbackola to:
- Collect feedback under false pretenses or misrepresent your business
- Harass, threaten, or abuse customers who submit feedback
- Transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content
- Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
Customer data
Feedback submitted by your customers is your responsibility. You agree to handle it in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA if you operate in California). Don't share customer feedback publicly without their consent.
AI features
Feedbackola uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to classify feedback and draft replies. AI output may be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending it to customers.
Intellectual property
Feedbackola and its features are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and customer feedback. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the platform.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Feedbackola is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which may be $0 during free access).
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Marin County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
