Built for the businesses
that make Marin great
Feedbackola started with a simple observation: local businesses lose customers not because they don't care, but because they never hear about the problem.
A customer has a bad experience. They don't say anything to the staff — it feels awkward. They go home and leave a one-star review. The owner wakes up to a public complaint they had no chance to fix.
We built Feedbackola to interrupt that cycle. A QR code on the table gives customers a private, frictionless way to share what they're thinking — good or bad. The owner gets notified, can respond directly, and has a real chance to make things right before the customer reaches for Yelp.
We designed specifically for local businesses — restaurants, cafés, salons, shops — where the relationship between owner and customer is personal. These aren't faceless transactions. They're regulars, neighbors, community. Feedbackola is built to honor that.
"Hear it before Yelp does."
The AI features — automatic urgency tagging, draft replies — exist to save time, not replace the human touch. You still write the reply. You still make the call on how to handle it. We just make sure critical issues don't get buried.
Local first
Every decision is made with independent, owner-operated businesses in mind. Not chains. Not franchises.
Private by default
Customer feedback belongs to the owner and customer — no one else. We don't sell data or share it.
Simple on purpose
We resist feature bloat. The product should do one thing exceptionally well: help businesses hear from their customers.
