Will this always be free?
We're in early access and want to prove the product works before charging for it. When we introduce paid plans we'll give existing users plenty of notice and a generous free tier will remain.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your feedback history is yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time, and all data is permanently removed.
How many businesses can I have?
Currently one business per account. If you manage multiple businesses, reach out — we're happy to work something out.
Do customers need an account to submit feedback?
No. Customers just scan the QR code and fill in a form. No app, no sign-up, no friction.
